Thanks to my inspiring experiences as a musician, my management experience and current work as coach and trainer, I can help teammates find their place within their corporate context. I let the music do the talking. While other coaching programmes primarily address the mind, MusicWork involves the whole person. Music also offers the opportunity to ‘get out of your head’ and gain new insights.
How it works: Musical co-creation improves communication within your team
What cannot be said or what you don’t dare to say still comes to light through music. In the workshop, you will discover untapped creative potential and learn new ways of communicating. When words fall on deaf ears, music can provide guidance.
During the workshops, it becomes clear how tasks are distributed, who feels confident and who does not. These are explicitly not therapy sessions, but the composition sessions help everyone to develop in their role. I accompany this process step by step by observing and asking specific questions.
Groups often feel that making music together is too big a challenge for them. As a musician, I show them ways in which it can be very easy and fun. In a playful way, new ways of communication and collaboration unfold. By making music together, participants learn to listen, improvise and push their boundaries. At the end, the whole group combines their skills and talents in a joint performance. The focus is on the experience of how inspiring it is to create something new together.
